Just rotate the dial among four zones: Firm Zone, Cushion Zone, Outward Zone and Inward Zone. If you have experienced "tired feet" then the Firm Zone may help keep you energized all day. The Cushion setting maybe the answer if you must be on your feet all day or want a little more bounce. The outward zone helps compensate for outward tilt in your stride. And the inward zone may help compensate for an inward tilt in your stride.
